About Yours Truly
A Little Bit About Me!
Hello! My name is Tyler Ortega I was born in Austin and raised in Pflugerville Texas. I graduated from Pflugerville High School back in 2018 and I am a 2023 Graduate from Concordia University Texas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. I've been doing theatre since the 6th grade and ever since stepping on the stage for the first time, way back then, I fell in love with performing. I've performed in musicals and plays from Middle School all the way to College such as The Addams Family, and the Spitfire Grill. Then during college in 2020, I started my professional debut as a performer where I did some acting and voiceover work at The Vortex Theatre in Austin, TX for their show, The Odessey then as I continued to work in austin I transitioned to another Austin local company called Speedrun Studios where I have been working at since 2023. Here I performed Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief as the Lead Percy and continue to hone my skills as a singer and actor. As someone who's been doing theatre for their entire life, I am passionate about anything having to do with Theatre whether it's acting, set design, costumes, makeup, film, or stage productions. I'm down for working on them or talking about them. I love to sing all types of music. I'm always ready to learn a new character and always want to learn more about acting. Thank you so much for checking out my page and I hope to talk to you soon!
